Our client Semrush is a big marketing analytics platform. Their goal was to increase brand awareness and highlight the breadth of the marketing toolkit for businesses.

We were challenged to produce 3 animation videos per month in a small team of 6. The hard part was also that the topics across the videos were inherently similar, yet each piece needed to feel visually distinct and conceptually unique. That was fun!

My role was to transform complex digital terms and interfaces into clear, dynamic visual stories — and to do it consistently, at scale.

I structured the process so the team operated as a single mechanism, working asynchronously on multiple videos at the same time.
